4Barbara J. Stanton, affectionately known as Jeanie, is an American Author, Singer and Songwriter born in a small town in the Midwest, Ohio. Barbara J. Stanton studied at Lorain Community College in a course entitled Music Appreciation which resulted in her desire to write traditional music. It was her mother's love and nudging along with the literary creativity of her brothers and sisters that has jolted her imagination for writing Childrens' Poetry.
