In 2017 Julie and Martin Carrick found themselves in a very unhappy place; they were overweight, unhealthy and confused with the conflicting advice about health and dieting. So they decided to do something about it and set out on their own journey to better their lives and the results have been profound.

In their first book Losing It It's Not What You Eat But What You Don't Eat That Matters published in 2019, the authors gave us an insight into their journey and experiences with the aim to help others begin their own journey with some tasty recipes to help them get started.

With the success of the first book, this second book Lost It And Loving It focuses on sustaining a healthy lifestyle, with reflections on their experiences and the challenges associated with being overweight. There are also more tasty recipes.
