This version was issued earlier than Hüsker Dü - Metal Circus, which has both IFPI codes, in opposite of this version, which has '13' moulded in matrix but no IFPI code.

Part of the copies do contain a SST-label mailorder catalogue (see images). The catalogue is from 1991 and was taken to deduce the release year, which points due to SST262 as latest release on 1991.
