The Piano Concerto [composed 1979-84] was recorded 30 January 1986 at Watford Town Hall, London, with Martin Compton (producer) and Trygg Tryggvason (engineer) for EMI Records Ltd.; "Outcry" [composed 1969] was recorded 20 March 1988 at University College School, Hampstead, London. John Kehoe (producer) and Anthony Howell (engineer) for Conifer Records Ltd.; and the Organ Concerto [composed 1971] was recorded 31st January 1986 at the Royal Festival Hall, London, with Andrew Keener (producer), Mike Clements (engineer) for EMI Records Ltd. The original EMI recording of the Concertos was supported by grants which included the Arts Council of Great Britain.
