This initial 1st 1993 version has the text "Manufactured and Distributed by Max Entertainment......" printed around the inside of the outer label rim on both Labels.

Subsequent re-issues with similar label designs have "Distributed by Nervous Inc., 1501 Broadway, Suite 1314B, New York, NY 10036" printed in the same location album cover has the old + new cat-number on the book-side in red, gold + green : NRV 9101-2002-1 / Barcode 9101-02002-1
Besides the Nervous Record info there are graffitti TM of WRECK Records in red and DUCK DOWN Records in green and a big BLACK MOON graffiti above the musicians info.
Instead of a Parental Advisory sticker this comes with the words by DJ Evil Dee : "This album was done on blunted terms. Anyone who is offended by the contents of the album..F__k YOU, nuff said."

There do exist 3 different versions of this release.
They all got the same labelcode but a different label design.
1. version got the word Wreck in a graffiti style font.
2. version got it in standard Arial font.
3. version looks like a photocopy of version 1.
