Issued in a spot varnished slipcase that holds the fat jewel case (with clear trays and 2 standard inlays) and the jewel case sized booklet.
No durations appear on the release.

Liner notes in booklet point at the wrong track numbers on CD2. An instrumental version of "Psychological" is also mentioned and is supposed to be track CD2-1, but doesn't appear.
