Tracks 1 to 12 were originally released as GAIA 001 under the title "The Project Phase 3 - In The Sea Of E". Tracks 1 to 6 recorded at Amazon, Liverpool, on full moon, friday 13 February 1987. Mixed on 25 February 1987. Tracks 7 to 12 recorded at Sparks And Track, Liverpool, from 23 to 26 March 1987.

Tracks 13 and 14 originally released on the B side of the 12" single release of "The Project - Phase 4 - Restrained In A Moment" (GAIA 002). Both tracks recorded at Amazon, Liverpool, on 11 October 1987 in one 23 hour session.

Tracks 15 and 16 recorded as home demos between 1985 and 1987 (Copyright Control).
