The first pressing also includes an unknown number of copies on 100% virgin black vinyl (

The first 200 copies sold, whether colored or black vinyl, were shipped with an 8.5" x 11" special edition insert created by Marta Tiesenga and signed by Wendy Eisenberg in silver ink.
