CD3 – Track index marker error on ‘The 2nd Shelf Mix’
CD5 – ‘Life Changes’ suddenly stops, and then the first seconds of the song start again
CD7 – ‘Pressure On’: wrong mix. No 2nd voice for half of the first chorus. (01:58 - 02:07)
CD10 – Track info ID for CD9 instead of this CD track info ID
CD11 – ‘Shove It (Extended Mix)’ (5:02) is listed, but instead it is 'The 2nd Shelf Mix' (5:55)

‘Dear Mr Murdoch (Nude mix)’ (CD8-15) & ‘Dear Mr Murdoch (2011 version)' (CD10-17) appear to be identical

Some tracks on the 'Happiness?' album have a slightly different mix compared to the original album. Most notably the title track and 'Revelations'; both are stand alone versions (with longer outro and intro) where on the original album they crossfade.

Note that the credits for CD5 are directly copied from the Discogs-website as they were printed at that time on the website!
