Although S1D used the same exact jackets as the US version, they had the records pressed in EU. Supposedly 1000 copies made for the first batch. Matrix etchings are the same also for the EU limited green version, first press US matrix are different. Released with gatefold sleeve and lyric sheet.
Altogether there are three catalog numbers: front cover reads "SIDEONEDUMMY ORIGINAL CATALOG SD1358-2", while the catalog number on the labels is given as SD1358 and on the spine as SD1358-1.
