Simple jewel case and unlike other version not in O-Card.

The tracklist on the back states only 6 tracks. Tracks 4-7 are listed as Track 4 "The Wishing Well" having 4 sub parts. However the CD actually features 9 tracks, with each sub part being a dedicated track. Packaging: clear tray jewel case with a 16-page booklet plus an O-card.
Tracks 4 to 7 are listed as subtracks on the covers but they are actually separate tracks on the CD.
