First pressing standard black vinyl; includes download card, lyric/credit insert, and a note from Francis Quinlan indicating that there was a printing error in which the jacket has 8 and 9 switched. Vinyl is pressed correctly (as compared to CD and MP3 tracklist).

Second pressing, of Painted Shut, has a correctly printed track listing.

Recorded at Headroom Studio, Philadelphia, PA in the late fall of 2014, mixed at Fluxivity in Brooklyn, NY the following winter.
