This is the remastered/reissued version of the 3rd album, "Haven", AKA "III".
Regarding the artwork credits, the original release's B&W album artwork was done by Laurie Ann Lenz, while the new, updated color artwork for this re-release was done by Scott Waters (2). 'Limited Edition' for this release means that only 500 units were pressed, but not individually numbered.
