"Romerias" was commissioned by Angel Romero (2) in 1986 but not recorded in full previously to this release. The "Tango" and "Malambo" movements were, however, recorded in 1998 by Juanjo Domínguez and included on Lalo Schifrin - "Che!" (Music From And Inspired By The Motion Picture).
