Recorded at Tiny Telephone, SF. Mixed at Dept. of Ways and Means, SF. Mastered at Terra Nova, Austin. The first edition of the CD was mocked up to resemble a Microsoft Windows 95 installation CD-ROM. However, it is a CD and not CD-ROM.

The CD edition came in a digipak, as opposed to later editions released the same year with the same barcode (and presumably same mastering) in a jewel case. The artwork and design of the digipak is essentially the same as the jewel case edition
