Sequential track listing on rear with A1 being the intro to "Black Stooges", the latter listed as track 1 and "Dr. Geek" as track 3, with no track 2 printed.

Two stickers on shrink wrap:
1) A circular one with barcode, cat# and following text: "Melvins / Hostile Ambient Takeover / Baby pink colored vinyl"
