"I wanted the album cover for Shine to convey the same kind of innocence, optimism and lust for life the song suggests...
nothing is more pure than a child's perspective, so I asked kids at the local elementary school to draw whatever they thought of when they heard the word "Shine".
A week later, I had a few hundred beautiful drawings and some tough choices to make.
Gaspar Rosales, a 2nd grader, and Lindsey Laughrun, a 3rd grader, captured "Shine" in all its truth. The cover of this album is Gaspar's drawing and Lindsey's drawing appears with the track listing in the booklet."

All songs produced, engineered and mixed at Seagrass Studio, Vally Village, CA.
