The CD manufacturing plant in Grover/Kings Mountain, North Carolina, USA, changed ownership from UML to EDC, USA in June 2005. EDC used moulds bearing 'MADE IN USA BY UML' for this pressing. UML no longer existed by the time this release was pressed, so it does not get any manufacturing credit.
