A documentary film about the career of Nic Jones, the singer and guitarist whose musical career was brought to an abrupt end in 1982 as a result of a serious car crash. Narrated by Cerys Matthews, the documentary tells Nic's story through a combination of interviews with Nic himself, his family, collaborators and admirers, archive and newly shot footage and special performances of his music by contemporary artists inspired by Nic - Anais Mitchell, Sam Carter, Jim Moray, Eliza Carthy and Blair Dunlop.
This Topic DVD also includes full versions of some of the songs which appear in the documentary as short clips.
