Front insert: 4-page bifold, color print exterior, black print interior.
Back insert: color print exterior, no print interior.
Disc tray: gray.
CD: 2 spot-color print (yellow photo, black logos & text). 2000 repress that wasn't publically announced. There's no difference with the original pressing except for the color of the CD itself and the matrixes. The original 1993 pressing has the Moby image from the sleeve printed in black and yellow on the silver CD background, while represses have the modern Instinct logo and the title on a bright blue disc.
