From the booklet:
“After the break-up of the Mercury Flock, all members went their separate ways. Ron Karpman, original Flock drummer, and I [Fred Glickstein] stayed in touch and continued to work on musical projects. In the mid-to-late 70s we formed a group called the Strategic Ear Command, which appeared at various clubs in Chicago. A good number of new songs were written, performed and recorded, but no record deals were forthcoming. Heaven Bound - The Lost Album is comprised mostly of the songs written for the Strategic Ear Command project.”
