description
You Really Got A Hold On Me
Blind, Crippled & Crazy
Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye
I Won't Cry
You Left The Water Running
You Send Me
Boogie Ain't Nuttin' (But Gettin' Down)
Wish Someone Would Care
At This Moment
Soothe Me
Don't Pull Your Love Out On Me
Liner Notes: The very first Boogie Kings sessions were recorded by Jay Miller in Crowley, Louisiana and their latest session "Legacy", was cut in late 2009 at Master-Trak Studio in Crowley, with Ned Theall leading the horn section, Parker James and Gregg Martinez providing dynamic vocals, proving once again that The Boogie Kings are still masters of Blue Eyed Soul! - Ken Ward, Mandeville, LA.
Additional Liner Notes: It has been said that more than one hundred musicians performed with The Boogie Kings over the years, but the one constant member since 1963 was a trumpet player... and band leader. He was the longest continuous member, became the leader, who passed away on January 8, 2010. This release is dedicated to Ned Theall who was the heart and soul of The Boogie Kings. RIP.
