notes

All music by Spencer Doran and Ryan Carlile (Visible Cloaks), Yoshio Ojima, and Satsuki Shibano, except "S'Amours ne fait par sa grace adoucir (Ballade 1)" by Guillaume de Machaut (1300–377) [sic, correct is "1377"] and "Canzona per sonare no. 4" by Giovanni Gabrieli (1557–1612).

Core MIDI arrangement on "You" generated from written text from "Anata" using Wotja Generative Music System. Reactive marimba and choral arrangement on "Stratum" generated from the piano improvisation by Satsuki Shibano using Ableton Live.

Recorded by Naoto Shibuya (PYXIE LLC) at Sounduno (Tokyo, Japan) November 29 to December 3, 2017 and at Shibano's atelier throughout 2018. Additional recording, pre-production, and post-production by Spencer Doran (Portland, Oregon) and Yoshio Ojima (Tokyo, Japan) throughout 2017 and 2018.

Piano tuning [...] at Natori Piano (Tokyo, Japan).

Mastering [...] at Dubplates & Mastering (Berlin, Germany).

[Liner notes:]
Yoshio Ojima, September, 2018
Spencer Doran, September, 2018

Dedicated to the memory of Gregg Devaney.

©℗2019 RVNG Intl.

Track 9 is a bonus track, exclusive to the regular CD edition and digital formats.

Released in laminated 6-panel cardboard sleeve with hype sticker affixed to the shrink wrap. Barcode printed on sticker affixed to the sleeve. This is a mispress version of Serenitatem. Due to a production error, bonus track "Toi (Tokyo)", listed as track 9 on the artwork, is missing here. Only a handful of these copies were released.
