Disc 1 compiles remixed songs from "The Wraith: Shangri-La", disc 2 compiles remixed songs from "The Wraith: Hell's Pit"

The Wraith: Remix Albums are packaged in a 2-disc jewel case with a clear disc tray, a six page booklet (with album cover, credits, websites, artwork, and thank you's), and a 2-sided back cover insert (with artwork and track list). Disc 1 contains 15 tracks; 16 remixes, disc 2 contains 13 tracks; 13 remixes.

Track 7 "It Rains Diamonds (Kuma Remix)" also has "Bitch Slappaz (Kuma Remix)" starting at 2:56, this is listed in the booklet but not on the back cover track listing. The song "Bitch Slappaz" has a featured performance by Blaze Ya Dead Homie, but he is uncredited

Track 10 "Juggalo Homies (Mike E. Clark Remix)" has a featured performance by Twiztid, but they are uncredited

All vocals you hear on the release, even ICP's, are uncredited. For most vocals credits, refer to pages for ICP's 2002 album "The Wraith: Shangri-La" and their 2004 album "The Wraith: Hell's Pit". The only actual credits for this release are the "remixers" and guitar players listed in the booklet, and the graphic design artist listed on the reverse side of the back cover
