Written and recorded between March 16th and May 6th 2020.

Vocals, guitar, bass and keys were recorded in Livermore, CA at Hadley's parents home during their COVID 19 shelter in place. Drums were recorded in Oakland, CA on a cassette deck and an iPhone 6 at Shutups' rehearsal space in Fruitvale.
