A newly re-mastered 3CD expanded clamshell boxed set edition. Featuring six bonus tracks including the rare live track "Kiev" & the entire BBC in concert broadcast from 1976. Re-mastered from the original master-tapes, with an illustrated booklet and a new essay and a reproduction of the original album poster.

CD One & Two:
Recorded at Carnegie Hall, New York City on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of June 1975.
