The release is housed in a standard jewel case with front and rear inserts. The title appears as “4 Track EP Klubbheads Only” on the front cover, as “Klubbheads Only................. The Best Of E.P.” on the spine and as “4 Track EP” on the disc.

There are a couple of typos in the liner notes, these include, but are not limited to:
- Track 7 doesn’t list the full remix title and only appears as “Burger Queen Remix”, the full title has been listed above.
- Patrick Hernandez has erroneously been credited with production for "Discohopping" alongside his writing credit.
- Nanada Music is given a 'produced by' role instead of a 'produced for' role for “Ruff Kutz”.
