Released in a black DVD case with a 1-sided front cover and a 2-sided insert.
This version was released with a DVD sampler of the Classic Albums series, inside a clear plastic sleeve.
The clear plastic sleeve was originally glued to the back cover, under the clear plastic, with peel-off stretchy glue.
The printing on the promo DVD states "No Resale Value." and "For Promotional Use Only."
