Track 1-11 is an unlisted, 38:48 duration track, consisting of rehearsal versions of the album tracks.
There are rehearsal versions of every track from Mwng except 'Nythod Cacwn'.
1-11 starts with 30 seconds of silence (1-11.0) before the nine full rehearsal tracks (1-11.1 to 1-11.9), and ends with a 20 second blast of the 'Ysbeidiau Heulog' vocoder vocal (1-11.10).

The BBC live tracks on disc 2 are excerpts from a John Peel session recorded at Maida Vale studio on 6th Oct 2004, and from a performance at the All Tomorrow's Parties festival at Camber Sands on 7th Apr 2000, only the Welsh language tracks from each performance are included.
