The Voluspa is the principal poetic text from the Edda. It is an account of the events of Ragnarok, frequently referred to as the Prophecy of the Seeress. This edition of the Voluspa includes the English translation and the original Old Norse text, as well as the Icelandic rune poem, corresponding Anglo-Saxon runes and two Anglo-Saxon poems which share the same source material as the Edda.
