I have been asked more times than I can count how to increase generosity in the church. The reality is that generosity is a function of one thing and that is faithful Stewards functioning as faithful stewards with the financial resources entrusted to them by our Lord and Savior. As Tim points out however, stewardship really begins with the recognition of God's ownership of all resources, you can't be a steward over something that you own. I've often taught and preached a message that Tim repeats very well and that is that we need to help Christians in the transformation of their heart and minds to one of stewardship of everything. Roy and Tim's commitment to teaching Biblical Stewardship is well-documented. This very readable book provides a mix of biblically based concepts, practical applications, and stories from their life for those who've not gotten to their seminar or just want a refresher. Roy Russell is a financial advisor serving the Christian community. He founded The Life Financial Group, Inc., in 1978. He holds multiple professional designations, including CFP(R) (Certified Financial Planner), CKA(R) (Certified Kingdom Advisor), CAP (Certified Advisor in Philanthropy), and RICP(R) (Retirement Income Certified Professional). Roy and his wife, Lana, have four grown children and thirteen grandchildren. He enjoys woodworking, water skiing, scuba diving, and world traveling.

Tim Russell is a Christian Financial Advisor, podcast host, and author. Helping Christians become even better stewards of all their assets is the mission of his work. He holds the CFP(R) (Certified Financial Planner) and CKA(R) (Certified Kingdom Advisor) designations. Tim and his wife, Christine, have two adult sons. Tim enjoys hunting, hiking, and traveling with his family.
