9In the life-giving arms of God, healing is not only possible-it is His desire for your future. The road to restoration may seem long and arduous, but God is more than able to take you to where you need to be. In Rebuilding Nehemiah: A Journey Back to Wholeness, author Joe Buck explores God's plan for your complete healing, addressing the three aspects of human health-physical, mental, and spiritual-all through the perspective of Nehemiah's miraculous story in a new and relevant way. Through the inspiring biblical account of Nehemiah rebuilding the wall around Jerusalem, you will gain fresh insight into the transformational restoration that defines your life when you surrender your broken self to God. With a powerful parallel to the story of Nehemiah, Buck shares his own personal health journey after experiencing a horrible car accident while biking one day. After suffering profound injuries, which required three surgeries and months of rehabilitation, Buck learned firsthand the undeniable truth that God is the only answer to true and lasting healing. Discover incredible ways to reignite your faith in God as you call on Him for your healing, as well as practical methods of promoting your own wellbeing. In Rebuilding Nehemiah, Buck includes a beneficial health program of his own development called Exerceo Divina, which has shown a statistically significant improvement in diagnostic health. Buck invites you to begin a spiritual adventure of health, wellness, and renewal that will educate, encourage, and challenge you as you deepen your relationship with Christ. As you embrace God's divine purpose for your own healing, Rebuilding Nehemiah will embolden you in the pursuit of holistic health-body, mind, and soul.
