With over a decade of writing delicious recipes, up and coming seafood chef and author, John Lengsfeld, has become one of the most sought out chefs. John was the semifinalist in America's Favorite Chef Contest and is top in his category at Amazon Books.

When he is not writing in his favorite coffee shop, John spends most of his time reading, cooking, traveling and visiting Walt Disney World. An admitted cooking show fanatic, with the Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten being his favorite, he feeds his addiction to cooking shows, by watching them on Sunday afternoons.
