He realized as he wrote that God had always walked with him through life and knew how important it was to have a deep relationship with Jesus. This realization inspired him to share that knowledge with others, so today, he wishes to invite you, the reader, on a year-long journey through hand-picked devotionals to invite Jesus to lead and guide you through life's challenges along the way. The Way contains 365 devotionals that span across Box's eleven years of writing. Covering a wide variety of topics as well as sharing personal stories and experiences and motivational scripture, each daily devotional focuses on meeting challenges with God's help and offers guidance and hope for living each day. Ken Box and his wife of almost fifty years have taught Bible study to youth for over twenty years and to singles and young adults for over ten years. He has served as a deacon since 1985 and is currently serving in the Baptist General Convention of Texas as a board member. He and his wife began a mission project in the late 1990s called Sharing Our Service (SOS), providing volunteers to perform service projects in their community.
