The music performed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic Trombone Ensemble (tracks 1-12) was originally released as Crystal Records S222 in 1976. The music performed by the Moravian Trombone Choir of Downey (tracks 13-24) was originally released as Crystal Records S225 in 1981. All were recorded analog with DBX noise reduction and transferred to digital for this compact disc in 1993.
