Barcode sticker is affixed to the shrinkwrap.

The CD's front cover and label state "for promotional use only, not for sale".

Recorded at Suma Recording Studio, Painesville, OH.
Recorded between August 9th & August 23rd, 2007.
Recorded by Paul Hamann on the recording console that he and his father, Ken, built together in 1978.
