Originaly released on vinyl (UK) in 1979, then known as "Metal Box" thanks to packaging style.

Jeannette Lee is credited as being a member of PIL for this record, though it is known that she did not perform any musical function in the band, but rather admin/PR and occasional video recording. The similarly credited Dave Crowe performed an accounting type role within the PIL 'company'.
