Selections that were apparently never considered for inclusion on either the original album or Hoy-Hoy! They are newly mixed from the original multitrack tapes and do not contain any overdubs.

Released in slim double jewel case housed in an extra cardboard sleeve, with 24 pp. booklet. Recorded at Lisner Auditorium, Washington, DC, on 8 August 1977 (tracks 1-2 to 1-4, 1-12 to 2-1, 2-10, 2-13, 2-14), 9 August 1977 (tracks 2-5, 2-5 to 2-7, 2-12, 2-15), 10 August 1977 (tracks 1-1, 2-4, 2-9), and at the Rainbow Theatre, London on 2 August 1977 (tracks 1-7, 1-8, 1-11, 2-8), 3 August 1977 (tracks 1-6, 1-7, 2-3) and 4 August 1977 (tracks 1-5, 1-6, 1-9, 1-10, 2-11).
