Recorded at Lisner Auditorium, Washington, DC, on 8 August 1977 (tracks 1-2 to 1-4, 1-12 to 2-1, 2-10, 2-13, 2-14), 9 August 1977 (tracks 2-5, 2-5 to 2-7, 2-12, 2-15), 10 August 1977 (tracks 1-1, 2-4, 2-9), and at the Rainbow Theatre, London on 2 August 1977 (tracks 1-7, 1-8, 1-11, 2-8), 3 August 1977 (tracks 1-6, 1-7, 2-3) and 4 August 1977 (tracks 1-5, 1-6, 1-9, 1-10, 2-11).
