First pressing had track #7 spelled as "Knife Prty" on the release. On later pressings, it was spelled "Knife Party".

Issued in a standard clear tray jewel case with a 12-page booklet with artwork, lyrics and credits, and an advertisement sheet.
Some copies also included a sticker.
