Track 14 recorded live at "From the ashes", the Vision's memorial concert for the 9/11/2001 WTC disaster, at Quando, NYC on October 13 2001.

Track 8 recorded on March 9 2002, tracks 9 & 10 recorded on June 13 2002, and tracks 4, 6 & 13 recorded December 16 2002. These six songs were recorded at Flying Note Studios, Newburgh, NY.
