Recorded at Undertone Studio in Oslo, and at Sporslyngel Stasjon in Tromsø (and partly in various hotel rooms while on tour), during summer and fall 2015 and Jan 2016, except: #9,10, including all drums and grand piano, recorded at Engfelt Forsgren Studio, Oslo, Aug 31st - Sep 2nd 2015.

Mixed at Kysten Studio, Tromsø and @the office.
Mastered at Propeller Mastering, Oslo.

Track A4 "Downhill" on cover and label. On inlay the track is noted as "Downhill Climber"
