NOTES

Portland based blues guitarist Kevin Selfe has dedicated his life to the blues for the past 15 years, and his love and passion for the music shows in everything he plays. Starting out with the Fat Daddy Band in Roanoke, VA, Kevin recorded 3 albums and toured from coast to coast, even competing in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis before leaving the band to pursue a solo career. With his own band, The Tornadoes, we bring you Kevin's latest release Playing The Game. Since relocating to Portland a few years ago, Kevin has been nominated for 15 Muddy Awards by the Cascade Blues Association, and has had the opportunity to tour across the country, bringing his energetic mix of traditional and contemporary blues to scores of loyal fans, and backing legends such as Eddy Clearwater and Carey Bell.
