These nine original tracks consist almost entirely of samples from the Spring and Summer Tour 2000 of the band The String Cheese Incident (©The String Cheese Incident). Tracks 1 and 4 contain samples from "A String Cheese Incident". Track 2 contains a sample from "Round The Wheel". Track 3 contains a sample from "Born On The Wrong Planet".
