Probably released some time after 1993, as the tray inlay bears the old URL (www.hnh.com) for Naxos. Tray inlay also shows Naxos of America as the distributor, & declares “Made in Canada”. Different UPC code than the German release as well.

CD has “MADE IN CANADA” printed at the 9:00 position, apparently in place of the GEMA logo.
