The artwork for the SOS Records US release was reproduced from a copy of the original Shrunken Head Records release.
* Several pages of artwork from the CD booklet are missing on this release
* Staple marks and fold lines from the original copy can be seen reproduced in the actual print
* Front cover and several internal pages have a red border around the art (due to image being cropped)
* Front cover, booklet artwork and tray inlay are all noticeably cropped (eg. the "&" in the album title is cropped off at the bottom)
* Original Shrunken Head Records logo has been digitally painted over with white, and covered with the SOS Records logo, as has the barcode
