Almost complete concert recorded live at the Smart Bar, Chicago, August 11, 1985.
The studio track "Into The Groove" by Madonna, originally played for two minutes before "I Love Her All The Time", and a false start to "Kill Yr Idols" are missing.

Said to be the earliest known multitrack live recording of the band as per liner notes, the first two minutes of "Hallowe'en" are taken from an audience recording taped by the famous Chicago tapehead Aadam Jacobs.

An incomplete version of the multitrack recording was previously released in 1991 on the Anarchy On St. Mary’s Place unofficial CD release.
However this version includes the "Into The Groove" segment and the false start to "Kill Yr Idols" missing from the official release.
