Mike Murphy 1976-2008.
Mike (Murph) Murphy, the talented founder, lead singer and guitarist of Leave, was tragically taken from us on June 6, 2008.
Murph had a strong vision for the sound and direction of Leave, and brought together an exceptionally talented group of guys that contributed and performed at an outstanding level to help make that vision a reality. Murph was well loved and respected by all, not only for the broad range of his musical ability, but also for his truly genuine and kind spirit. He will be greatly missed.
The band is very proud of this latest (and now final) album. It is their hope that you enjoy it as much as they enjoyed creating and recording it. The album is dedicated to the memory of Murph.,
