3This view of a spreading coastal Live Oak tree on the slopes of Boronda Ridge, Big Sur, was created from a sketch Tom did in April 2002, when the Lupines and Owls Clover were particularly thick. Multi-block reduction cut with 11 color layers, completed July 2021. Colors of grass range from early April green to more yellow-green of early May.
