Recorded at the Dvorak Hall of Rudolfinum, Prague, on 21 and 22 October, 1981 (1 to 4) and on 16 April, 1982 (5 to 8).

Issued in a standard jewel case including a multilingual 28-page booklet with liner notes.
This release, probably from 1994, has the following distinguishing features: Only Mould SID code present, hub center of disc is transparent, 'Made in Czechoslovakia' on back of tray card (inlay card), backside photography with conductor facing the left side (picture identical, but mirrored), same new barcode as the 2015 reissue, same Matrix / runout number as the two earlier SID-code-free releases.
