Track 2-17: This original mono mix was delivered to the USA for inclusion on the never released 'Four More Respected Gentlemen' LP. The track was never used.
Track 3-2 was delivered to the US for inclusion on the never released 'Four More Respected Gentlemen' LP. It was later briefly available officially on The Great Lost Kinks Album, only issued in the US, in limited quantities, in 1973. It has never appeared on CD anywhere. Track 3-19, the mono mix, was delivered to the US, but has never been issued before.
Tracks 3-3 and 3-5 were delivered to the US for inclusion on the never released 'Four More Respected Gentlemen' LP in June 1968. Later released on the US compilation The Kinks Kronikles, released in 1972. They have never been issued in stereo outside the USA.
Track 3-6: This mix was delivered to Reprise in 1968 for use on a second, revised edition of 'Four More Respected Gentlemen'.
Track 3-9 Commissioned for the BBC Television show 'At The Eleventh Hour'. The stereo mix is available on both The Kinks Kronikles and BBC Sessions 1964-1977, but this original mono mix (with an alternate ending) has never been issued or heard anywhere.
